    "first service after an icon on my car indicated I should take it in. I did. 4500 miles on car! Brand new! Service was not to performed properly; coolant hose was loose and came undone. I could had had serious issues with my new car. Don't know who performed service on it. Brought it back. Tim was extremely helpful and made sure it was fixed properly. He assured me all was checked and I have had no lights blinking at me telling me it needs help! To accurately diagnose the source of one of my concerns required that the Mini be left overnight for a cold start the next morning. We always glad to help, & appreciate your valuable feedback. As one of the first MINI dealers in the US, we stock a large variety of parts for the past 10 years of MINI. Our inventory among the largest in our region. Unfortunately, it's not possible to stock every part for every MINI made. We stock parts based on rate of travel. This means that if we use a particular part 3-4 times a year, we will have it in inventory. If not we'll order it from MINI, who will get it to us most often within 24-72 hours. The USB port has not been an issue for us. A failure of the port to operate could be the port itself, a wiring or connection issue, a failure of another component in the same circuit or "bus", or a software error. This is why we needed to perform an accurate diagnosis, so we can get it fixed right when your MINI is brought back for repairs. Thank you for servicing at International! We appreciate your business!
